Before booking, Elise Films is available for a Meet and Greet via Zoom or phone call. I use this opportunity to get to know you, show you our portfolio and walk you through our service offerings.

After booking, I typically send out a questionnaire to prepare for your wedding day. Elise Films will reach out 15-30 days before your wedding date to walk through your wedding day timeline. 

Elise Films reserves the creative control to choose the soundtracks. The only exception is for social media clips and teasers under 60 seconds where copyright infringement is not an issue.

The Signature Collection, which includes a cinematic wedding film (5-6 min) and 2-4 hours of curated footage that did not make the film will be in the Special Features section of your online interactive wedding collection menu. Upon request, I can tailor a custom package to your wedding needs. 

Elise Films will always try to fly the drone if weather and schedule permits at NO additional cost. The airspace must not have any restrictions (i.e. military base, nearby airports, hospital airspace, etc.).

If FAA permission is required, Elise Films will hire a Part 107 Licensed Drone Operator who can submit the proper paperwork. This will require an upgrade to your wedding package.

Depending on the wedding backlog, the full wedding collection normally takes 4 to 6 months to deliver. Elise Films will work on the post production queue based on the wedding event’s date. However, I typically send out Teasers and Highlights within 2 months while we complete the full wedding collection.

Elise Films use online delivery. Much like Netflix and Disney+, I take advantage of streaming services to make your viewing experience as enjoyable as can be. Your wedding collection can be easily accessed on many devices like Apple TV, Amazon Firestick, Roku, Laptops, PCs, Macs.

Streaming allows access to large video files with high bitrates and color depth. Your wedding collection can be viewed and downloaded via the Mediazilla platform. Head over to my Theater page to see one of the recent wedding collections that have been delivered to previous bride and grooms.

Yes, Elise Films do travel depending on availability. Weddings in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles do not require a travel fee. Outside of the aforemention locations, travel fees will vary based on airfare, car rental, and lodging. 

Once the contract agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit is received, your wedding date is booked. Elise Films will send out the contract agreement via Adobe Sign to authenticate and file our e-signatures. Deposits can be made via Zelle or check in the mail. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.
